Change your order and amount refund policy

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for any returns/exchanges except for if the item is damaged upon receipt or if an incorrect item was received. A processing fee may be assessed if a return label is provided by Asif International.

The purchaser may return any unopened, like-new, resaleable condition product within 7 days for a refund.

Received an incorrect or damaged item

We apologize for the inconvenience. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will make every attempt to solve the problem. Please let us know your full name and address, we will solve the problem.

Payment of returned items

If you ship an incorrect or damaged item, we will pay all shipping costs to fill your order. For other return orders, shipping is your responsibility.
